If you know me, you know I LOVE Christmas. So you can imagine how excited I was when Heidi contacted me for a Christmas shoot in October! (If I had my way, I'd decorate Nov 1st... maybe next year....if my husband deploys ha!)
As if I wasn't excited enough, Heidi then informed me that they would like to include their two dogs! Yes, Yes, Yes! Dogs, like children, have a mind of their own so I was expecting to have a lot of photoshop work to do. Not the case! These young pups were so well behaved! I can't believe they left their Christmas hats on so long.
It was a beautiful fall day on Coronado. I was surprised how busy it was, but I still managed to capture quiet moments like these! Some years it seems I spend the whole year taking photos on the beach, but not this year. So I was very happy to have an opportunity to capture these photos as the sun was setting.
I am not sure there is anything better than a beautiful sunset on the beach with a couple in love with each other, and the life they have built.
